After you place your order you will receive an email stating that we received your order, with an image from your custom intro for your approval. To make your approval or changes just reply to the email and we will start rendering your order.

Once we have received your approval, there will be no refunds issued. Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced with identical merchandise.

 

All sales are final once customer approves proof. All shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail. Other options available - please call.
